Regenerative Landscape Design is rooted in extensive and thorough property research. This is because regenerative and permaculture landscapes go beyond the mere concept of what looks good and instead incorporates function that is in harmony with the surrounding land and ecology while simultaneously looking great!

Collecting all the data necessary for an integrative design left me feeling overwhelmed once I started taking on multiple clients at a time, so I made this simple checklist. It's a great rsource for personal or professional use. Personally, I keep a copy of the checklist at the beginning of every client's file folder so I know what stage of research and development I am in without confusing projects.
